This group meets for one hour each week, providing a safe space for individuals to learn mindfulness practices and exercises that support mental and emotional health. Participants are lead through guided meditations and exercises with weekly challenges and a space to connect with like-minded people.

MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) combines training in mindfulness meditation practices with principles from cognitive therapy, and it was developed to help prevent depression relapse. Research shows that it is effective in helping individuals who have had multiple episodes of depression and may be helpful with other conditions, including anxiety.
